BSTO makes organizations move. We ask the right questions, drill to the core of important issues and serve as your thought partner to find suitable solutions. Being naturally curious, we believe it is a prerequisite to carefully explore the context in which you and your organization operate. We will challenge you to look further so that we can contribute directly to the success of your organization. Together with you, we aim for the same result: a positive, healthy and productive work climate. A climate where first, strong leadership results in better organizational performance. Second, high-performing teams work together seamlessly. Third, skilled, committed and future-fit employees are active in contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Organizational consulting
The impetus for development is often change. Examples include: change in organizations (shrinkage or growth), teams (composition/collaboration), functions and roles (skills and competences), market fluctuations, innovation and personal growth.
Anyone who wants to guide this change and development will find the right business partner in BSTO. We consult, advise, design, and help you to implement and provide the right professional support. In our advice and proposed approach, the learning capacity of the organization and its employees is taken into account in order to maximize results. We seek to establish a strong connection with the organization’s ambitions, the willingness to change of the organization and the current work processes.
Common organizational issues:
- How do we realize and facilitate changes in our organization?
- How do we increase the vitality of our organization and the stress management of our employees?
- How do we develop leadership?
- How can I let my team(s) work together, perform better and more optimally?
- How do we safeguard knowledge and experience in our organization?
- How can our group sessions be inspiring and effective?
- How do we guide (management) talents, young professionals, trainees, and seniors?
- How do I make my organization and employees more customer- and result-oriented?
- How do we implement and integrate new HR tools and methodologies?
Incompany Training
Through in-company training, BSTO customizes the development of teams, management and employees. After an in-depth intake, we agree on the desired results and program design for an tailor-made training. We always take into account the context and objectives of the organization and the individual learning questions and goals of the participants. Each training is evaluated afterwards by both participants and client.
Training is effective and desirable in learning and improving soft skills – personal, emotional and social skills. In addition, training offers support in the event of change in the organization or employee: job change, culture change, cooperation, etc. The focus centers on improving talents and skills. BSTO trainers are experts who are skilled with ample field experience in training and coaching. If desired, we work with professional training actors during the training. This deepens the learning experience, thus increasing the training’s impact.
Common BSTO in-company training courses:
- Management (various levels: basic, in-depth, strategic, practical)
- Personal Effectiveness and Efficiency (including Time Management)

- Coaching skills (hierarchical and non-hierarchical)

Coaching
BSTO coaches teams as well as individual employees. After an in-depth intake, we propose a tailor-made coaching program with concrete goals and results that we evaluate and refine during and afterwards. When devising learning goals, key managers are involved in order to preserve what has been learned in coaching within the organization. Coaching at BSTO is a structured and goal-oriented process, in which the coach interactively challenges the coachee(s) and provides insight into effective behavior. BSTO uses different coaching styles and methods. We are experienced in Socratic, provocative, solution and performance-oriented (performance) coaching and we also regularly offer on-the-job coaching.
In addition, we use various methodologies, assessments and personality tests: MBTI, RET, Management Drives, Insights Discovery, Lencioni Teamscan, LIFO, Social Styles, DISC and DISC-3D, etc.
